Free me.

by chloe lloyd-hughes
(wales, flintshire.)

Your touch like fire,
A star in the midnight heaven.
Kiss me like an angel,
Wrapped in your wings of untainted love,
I can feel like moon bursting out of me.
A fear never challenged,
Not until you caressed my cheek,
To be set free in your love.

Don’t leave the spirit building inside of me.

Place your heart inside my palm,
To hold forever not to be torn,
I will never let you be tarnished.

Flying over the water just you and me,
Irrevocable love that will forever be.
No thought of turning back,
Not one slip, not one crack.
Fulfilled and whole,
Eyes that glisten deep inside your soul.

Don’t leave the spirit building inside of me.

Place your heart inside my palm,
To hold forever not to be torn,
I will never let you be tarnished.

No repressed memories,
Just open thoughts.

One day with you,
One dream of you,
Scared of loosing you.

Place your heart inside my palm,
To hold forever not to be torn,
I will never let you be tarnished.
