FedEx Shipments:Most orders are shipped the same business day (Monday - Friday) if placed before 1:00 P.M. Central Standard Time from our centrally located warehouse in Missouri.
USPS (Postal) Shipments: Most orders are shipped via "Priority Mail" or "First Class Mail" within 24 hours if placed before 1:00 P.M. Central Standard Time; some are shipped the same day.
In most cases Hummingbird-guide.com orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) unless FedEx Ground is requested in the order form. In most cases, you will receive your order within 3 business days or less.
In a few situations orders may be shipped by UPS Ground depending on the product ordered and destination. We put every effort into delivering your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to use the shipper of our choice.
Shipments to Canada are available through the U.S. Postal Service
(USPS) with the additional $10.00 charge on top of regular shipping
Deliveries through USPS will have tracking numbers and Hummingbird-guide.com cannot assume liability for a package that is not delivered or damaged by the Postal Service. These situations are the responsibility of the customer/recipient to make a claim with the U.S. Postal Service.

Upon receipt of your order please ensure that the products you ordered are in fact those that you ordered. Please inspect that the order was not damaged in shipment or you have received a defective product.
If you receive a damaged, broken or defective item – we
need to be contacted immediately with a detailed description of what is
Incorrect Item Received:
If you receive an incorrect item we will need to know if you still want the correct merchandise and if so we will reship the correct item via regular ground delivery at our expense. You will need to hold on to the incorrect item to receive a call tag for the return.
If you receive a “damaged in shipment” item, you will need to notify Hummingbird-guide.com within 7 days for replacement. After 7 days there will be no credit issued for the freight damaged items. We need to do this because we are limited to this time (7 days) to file a claim with the freight company.
If you receive a defective item – we will reship another at no charge. You will need to hold onto the defective item for a call tag for the return.
If you refuse a delivery and the order comes back to our warehouse you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Returns for Any Other Reason:
If you wish to return an item/s for any other reason other than the above situations there will be a 20% restocking fee (the fee we are charged by our distributor) and the item must be in RESTOCKABLE CONDITION (Our distributor must be able to resale the product as a new product.) Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returning a product requires a “ Return Authorization Number”. You must contact Hummingbird-guide.com via email with a detailed description of the problem to receive the RA # and instructions.
